How to show yourself some love during Valentine’s week

 

  • Keep your body and mind in ship-shape
  • Call for home spa services and get a therapeutic massage
  • Get a facial at home. Actually get the whole package – a facial, mani and pedi!
  • Find the right shade of red lipstick – and put it on!
  • Show your tresses some love with a hair spa

 

You may be single for a wide variety of reasons, ranging from liking your status quo to not having found a great guy, or girl yet. Either way, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t enjoy the good vibes of Valentine’s day. Here’s how to show yourself some love all V-Day week.

#1: Work out and break a sweat

The first step showing yourself some love is to take care of your body. Your modus operandi could be yoga, pilates, zumba, or a mix of all. All you have to do is set a routine and stick to it. And great way to be regular is to have hire a fitness trainer at home service instead. It will hard to skip classes when the yoga trainer is at your doorstep!

#2: Chill out at the spa

A massage sounds like the best way to soothe the mind and body, especially if your schedule is a tiring one. In case you’ve got your hands full with work and other commitments, know that there’s always an option of calling for a home spa. Hiring a spa at home service can get you a massage therapist at your doorstep, carrying a full-size massage bed, essential oils, candles, disposable sheet, and everything else to needed to transform your home into a personal spa.

#3. Get your nails done, and a facial too

Few can argue against the therapeutic effects of pedicures and manicures. Add a facial to the package, and you’ve planned yourself the perfect salon visit. One that will leave you looking and feeling great. And to make things better, call your other gal-pals over, hire a salon at home serviced, to organise a Valentine’s Day – special pamper session.

 

#4: Show those tresses some love with a hair spa

Don’t you just the love the feeling on someone gently massaging your scalp. Honestly, it’s all you need to relax. Besides the head massage, a hair spa treatment would leave your hair soft and shiny.  

#5: Go out, but not without wearing a bold red lip color!

Many women testify about the magical powers of the red lipstick. Bold red lips can lift up a low mood, inject confidence, and take your simple eyeliner-gloss makeup routine to the next level. So in case you do feel the blues on Valentine’s Day, drive them away with a swipe of bold red lipstick. And then what you ask? Call a friend, or friends, and head out. Make the most of the day with the people you love and who love you in return.
