What No One Tells You<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>While now you the costs of false ceilings in India, there are certain other things that no tells you about but we think would be extremely helpful to know:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Many a times suppliers, contractors and homeowners might use the term POP and gypsum interchangeably &#8212; referring to gypsum panels as POP ceiling. Gypsum is the default material that contractors use. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The term \u2018POP ceiling\u2019 could also be used to refer to POP decorative mouldings, which are added on the sides of the ceiling and over the base of fans and chandeliers. The rates for POP decorative mouldings depends on the design and size. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strip mouldings are calculated in RFT (running feet) whereas base mouldings come at a fixed price. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most popular brand for gypsum that architects widely use is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gyproc.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Gyproc by Saint Gobain<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Bonus: What are the Latest Trends in False Ceiling Design?<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clean, single-level, straightforward designs are currently extremely popular in high-end residential projects.
