It comes with so many benefits that there is no reason not to laugh. The first celebration of the world laughter day took place in Mumbai, India, and was arranged by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the worldwide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbanclap.com\/request\/yoga_at_home\">Laughter Yoga Movement<\/a>. Since then, it is celebrated on the first Sunday of May every year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/de927adv5b23k.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/shutterstock_226614127.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-792 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/de927adv5b23k.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/shutterstock_226614127.jpg\" alt=\"shutterstock_226614127\" width=\"755\" height=\"497\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>But why <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbanclap.com\/request\/yoga_at_home\">laughter yoga<\/a>, is the question that arises in our mind. We have with us Mr.Sohan Chahal to share his experiences and experiments <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbanclap.com\/request\/yoga_at_home\">with Yoga<\/a>.\u00a0He also shared with us some great benefits of Laughter yoga:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We need to understand the importance of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urbanclap.com\/request\/yoga_at_home\">Yoga<\/a>. Many a time we do not realize that we are not giving our 100% in our daily lives, not because we are not capable enough but because our minds and bodies are stressed.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Yoga as a stress buster<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>More contagious than cold or sneeze, laughter is one of the finest and easiest to practice anti-stress measures. While laughing we do not have any conscious thought process, and all our senses naturally and effortlessly harmonize. It brings instant relaxation, increases blood circulation and results in lower levels stress.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Yoga for a healthy life:<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cWhen we laugh, it doesn\u2019t matter whether it\u2019s a fake laugh or a natural one. It has the same impact on the working of our mind\u201d says Mr. Sohan, \u201cWe all can laugh while we\u2019re having a good time, but how does one laugh while facing the tough challenges of day to day life?\u201d he adds on. It is the best medicine for senior citizens.
